Organization member survey

An online survey among our client's members, to gauge how effectively it is meeting their needs with respect to the organization’s main priorities.

In particular, the survey is focusing on two of the organization's publications, measuring their usefulness, relevance, and timing, and identifying specific measures the organization could take to better align these publications with member needs.

Cable television programming

Qualitative research to obtain feedback on a new real-life series currently airing on cable.

This research involves focus groups among viewers and prospective viewers.

Employee benefit testing

Quantitative research among our client's employees to determine why some employees do not take advantage of a set of offered benefits, and what the company can do to encourage greater usage.  This study utilized an online survey that was distributed firmwide to all employees.
